Thank you for choosing our services. We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking for ALL SERVICES. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

 

Please note, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment no matter the service, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be refunded for the mentioned above services as we are unable to fill your time slot on such short notice.  We do make exceptions, but that will need to be communicated to honor the exception. 

 

Additionally, if you do not call or show up for any scheduled appointment, prepayment will be required for all future bookings and a non-refundable deposit will be held and not used towards your next scheduled session.

 

However, if you are able to find someone to take over your appointment time, or in the case of an emergency, exceptions can be made. We understand that unexpected situations arise and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
